Each training consists of four meetings, with the first three occurring over one weekend (Friday evening, all day Saturday and Sunday) and the fourth is a weekday evening a few weeks after that. For information on how to apply, please visit our volunteer page. >BOWLING Phil Hicks, of David/Hicks Brokerage, has once again exceeded his own fundraising goals by generating $66,000 in donations with his 2nd Annual Bowling for Judi's House event. -- It was a fun night out at the Lucky Strike Lanes in Belmar, complete with good food, good drinks, a silent auction full of sports memorabilia, and plenty bowling competition. Our many thanks go to Phil, David/Hicks Brokerage, Kerry Anderson, Alberta Development Partners, and everyone who came out to bowl! >LUCA D'ITALIA Date Set for 2008 This year’s event is scheduled for Monday February 11, 2008 so MARK YOUR CALENDARS! On February 26^th Frank and Jacqueline Bonanno graciously opened Luca D'Italia to Judi’s House for the 3^rd Annual support dinner. The event included culinary delight, a lively live auction, and a strong commitment to children’s grief support that raised more than $150,000.Since it began, this annual event has raised nearly $300,000 and looks to eclipse $500,000 this year.This event could not have happened without the commitment of passionate supporters and the tireless efforts of the following Board and volunteers: Dean Prina, M.D. Event Chair Brian Griese, Board President and his father Bob Griese. John Wickliff, Sanjeev Javia, and Joe Hornstein co-chairs for the Live Auction. >JACKSON NATIONAL LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY February 22, 2007 - With many thanks to Jackson National Community Fund, Brian Griese and Karmen Carter accept a $32,000 donation from Curian Capital CEO Michael Bell. >COMMUNITY SHARES Community Shares member agencies recently accepted Judi's House as a new member to their Fall 2007 workplace giving campaign.
