Where Healing Begins: Judi’s House Spotlighted in Stroll Crestmoor Park
April 28, 2026

Judi’s House/JAG Institute is proud to share that our home and mission were recently featured in Stroll Crestmoor Park magazine’s April issue. Written by Kristina Simpson, Editorial Director, the article highlights Judi’s House as a safe, welcoming place where children, teens, and their caregivers can find connection and support while navigating the death of a loved one.
The feature article reflects on our founding in 2002 by Brian Griese and Dr. Brook Griese in memory of Brian’s mother, Judi, and our belief that no child should ever feel alone in grief. It also recognizes how Judi’s House has grown into a national leader in Comprehensive Grief Care, serving more than 16,000 children and families through direct services, research, education, and professional training via our research arm, JAG Institute.
We’re grateful to Stroll Crestmoor Park for helping share our story with the local community and for shining a light on the families, staff, volunteers, and supporters who make this work possible every day. Features like this help raise awareness of childhood grief and the importance of creating spaces where healing and hope can begin.
