Compassionate, no-cost services for young adults (ages 18–25*) in Colorado

Many young adults experience the death of someone important—a parent, sibling, friend, partner, or another meaningful connection. Grief can show up in different ways and at different times, and it isn’t always easy to name or talk about.

Judi’s House offers support to help young adults navigate these experiences without having to do it alone.

Support Designed with Young Adults in Mind

Grief during the transition into adulthood can feel isolating amid school, work, relationships, and changing responsibilities. Our Young Adult services are designed to create connection and understanding among peers facing similar circumstances.

Groups are composed solely of young adults, creating a shared space where experiences are recognized and understood.

Compassionate Grief Care, Wherever You Are

✅ Virtual and In-Person Intake Assessments

Our virtual and in-person assessments allow young adults across Colorado to connect with a grief‑informed clinician from the comfort of home, school, or wherever they feel most at ease. During this confidential session, you’ll share your story, talk through what you’re experiencing, and learn about support options tailored to your needs.

✅ Virtual Young Adult Grief Groups

Our Young Adult groups meet every other week and are always virtual, making it easier to participate alongside school, work, or life transitions. Participants commit to a minimum of 5 group sessions, creating continuity and a stronger sense of community. While these groups do not follow the traditional Pathfinders curriculum, our facilitators incorporate elements from both Pathfinders and Connections to support expression, coping skills, and connection with peers.

✅ Quality Care at No Cost

All Young Adult services are provided at no cost, thanks to the generous support of our donors.

Absolutely. There is no need to prepare or commit right away.

“Is this type of service appropriate for me?”

“What if the services aren’t a good fit?”
Participation is always optional, and your choice is always respected.

“What if I have really strong emotions, or none at all?”
All responses to grief are valid. No two grief journeys look the same.
