Compassionate, no-cost services for young adults (ages 18–25*) in Colorado

Many young adults experience the death of someone important—a parent, sibling, friend, partner, or another meaningful connection. Grief can show up in different ways and at different times, and it isn’t always easy to name or talk about.

Judi’s House offers support to help young adults navigate these experiences without having to do it alone.

*Participants must be age 18–25 and no longer enrolled in high school.

Comprehensive Grief Care, Wherever You Are

✅ Virtual and In-Person Intake Assessments

The initial assessment is provided virtually (available to anyone living in Colorado) or in-person (at our Aurora location) with a trained grief clinician. In this session, you’ll have a chance to share your story, talk through what you’re experiencing, and learn about support options available to you.

✅ Virtual Young Adult Grief Groups

If recommended for services with Judi’s House, you’ll join a small, supportive group experience that helps participants build meaningful connections, develop healthy coping skills, and feel understood in their grief. These groups meet virtually every other week over a series of guided sessions with one of our trained clinicians. Groups are currently held on Thursdays from 5:15 – 6:15 p.m.

✅ Quality Care at No Cost

All Young Adult services are provided at no cost, thanks to the generous support of our donors.

Support Designed with Young Adults in Mind

Our Young Adult services are designed to create connection and understanding among peers facing similar circumstances. With virtual and in-person assessments available, young adults across Colorado can access support in the way that works best for them.

Groups are composed solely of young adults, creating a shared space where experiences are recognized and understood.
