Ambassador Volunteer Program
Judi’s House relies on Volunteer Ambassadors to represent Judi’s House at community events that will support our service, fundraising, and volunteer goals.
Volunteer Ambassadors are selected because they embody Judi’s House’s mission, vision, values, and ethics, and are therefore the best people to share our mission with the community.
This is a great opportunity for individuals who are interested in supporting Judi’s House through advocacy and relationship building in our community. Events may include:
- Tabling events
- School events (resource fairs, back-to-school nights, college/university student events)
- Community events (walks, parades, library/museum events)
- Professional development/networking events
- Mental health and/or grief-specific events
Requirements for Volunteering
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be willing to travel to community events.
- Must be available for events on the evenings and weekends.
- Must complete a 1-hour long training with the Volunteer and Development Coordinator.
- Must shadow with another Ambassador Volunteer for the first 2 scheduled events.
