The Journey is a monthly giving program designed to provide dependable support to Judi’s House to fulfill our collective vision that no child should be alone in grief.

Grief is a journey, a journey many are unprepared to take but one that has been traveled before. We are all on our own unique journey. By joining this community, you are helping grieving children and families find hope in times of sorrow, and connection in times of loneliness on their journey towards healing.

You have to purposefully get on that journey, because if you don’t, you will stay in that dark and you will not survive it. Judi’s House helped me in so many ways…I’m ready to live.

– Deneen Stone, Former Client

Our Goal

An estimated 5.2 million children in the U.S. will experience the death of a parent or sibling by age 18. That number more than doubles to 13.2 million youth by age 25. Our goal is to ensure grieving children and their caregivers receive the compassionate care they need and deserve. By eliminating barriers to care, we can help prevent the negative outcomes of unaddressed grief such as mental health concerns, relationship difficulties, academic problems, reduced resilience, and low self-esteem.

If we gain 100 new Journey members in 2021, donating just $15 a month, we can provide 12 children with Comprehensive Grief Care®.

Why Donate Monthly?

Long-Term Impact

Your monthly donation allows us to take a long-term approach. As a Journey member, you work side-by-side with us, making lasting improvements in children’s lives.

COST EFFECTIVE

Monthly giving means low administrative costs, which means more of your money goes where it is needed most: helping children and families heal.

Start Small

A small lifestyle change can have a big impact on a child’s life. $15 a month is equivalent to three lattes, a new t-shirt, or ordering lunch.
